Reporting

You have a new 1:1 tab on the "By Team Member" chat of your Team Leader dashboard. Use this chart to get a quick glance into what you have been coaching towards and who you have been coaching. You can use this report to help guide your next 1:1 conversation with each team member, or identify who needs a little extra help.

You can also find a rolled-up version of the 1:1s report by navigating directly from Trends in the navbar to the Teams or Team Members reports pages.
