You’re already using Stella Connect to motivate and engage your team and to measure their performance in real-time. But did you know that you can also use Stella Connect to drive sales, improve customer loyalty and increase brand awareness? Here’s an overview of the different marketing features we’ve built into Stella Connect:

Tweets and Facebook shares

Social sharing tools within Stella Connect encourage your customers to share their great service experiences with their followers across Twitter and Facebook. As part of the suggested language for these social shares you can include links to special offers and promotions. Including these links can turn your customers into a new salesforce! Custom Promotions

Looking to drive sign-ups to your loyalty program, or to push your latest special offers / promotions? Now you can! On your Stella Connect Thank You page, you can include a custom promotion or ad. Your marketing team will likely have creative assets already built and ready to go, so getting setup couldn’t be easier. Find out more here.

Referral Programs

Stella Connect is integrated with Friendbuy, the specialist in driving customer referrals. If you’re a Friendbuy customer, you can now easily include your referral widget directly on your Stella Connect Thank You page. Your affiliate or marketing team will be able to let you know if you’re already using Friendbuy (if you’re not, you can sign up for a 30 day trial). Find out more here.
