QA Message Threads allows for seamless communication between the QA reviewer and team member whose interaction was reviewed. Use this feature for coaching and answering questions or to facilitate a disputes process.

Click on the message icon to the top right to toggle the thread. Send messages here alerting team members of updates or questions. Use @ and type the name of a teammate to mention them.

Note: All team leaders and admins can be tagged. Only the team member on the review can be tagged.

Mentioned teammates will automatically receive an email notification with the information and a link back to the review message. Once a user is included in a QA Message Thread, that user will receive an email notification anytime a new message is added, even if they are not mentioned.
