With Stella Connect’s QA Email Notifications feature, you can notify Team Members as soon as one of their interactions has been reviewed. This encourages Team Members to look at their QA Reviews within Stella Connect immediately and start to self-correct sooner rather than later.

Turning on QA Email Notifications

Calibrations are the ability to sync with other reviews to align on scoring and points. To turn on notifications for reviewers when they are added to a new calibration, you'll want to flip this on.

Navigate to Setting > QA and flip the Calibration toggle to the ON position.

For Completed Reviews, Navigate to Settings > QA and flip the Completed Reviews toggle to the ON position.

NOTE: QA Email Notifications will be sent immediately after a QA Review is completed for a Team Member. At this time, the timing of these notification emails is not customizable.

What Information is Included in the Email Notification


The QA Email Notification will include the date of the QA Review's completion, the QA reviewer's name, the Interaction ID & link, which QA Scorecard was used, and the number of annotations added to the review.

NOTE: The information in the email notification is currently not customizable, which includes the name of the person who reviewed the interaction.
