In this top section you will see the 3 metrics chosen in your Company Info. This will display the overall average, the number of responses its based on, and the comparison between the previous 7 days and the company.

This section will display the 6 areas of improvement and the number of responses your team as a whole has collected regarding those in the period of time set. You can click on each Area of Improvement for a list of your team members and their specific results.

If using these, they will appear here displaying the area of excellence, the count of responses and the % of all responses that include the specific area. You can click into each one for a team member break down.

Here is a list of your team members and their corresponding metrics including number of requests, responses, response rate Star Rating and % Negative. This is a good way to keep track of growth over time and team member by team member comparison. You can also drill into QA metrics here.
