In this Team Report, you can see how each of your teams is performing, in aggregate, across Star Rating, Areas of Excellence, Areas of Improvement, 1:1s and QA.

The metrics tab shows you a list of your teams by team leader and displays their team results regarding Responses, Star Rating, % Negative and the comparisons between the previous time frame.

This similar list shows the different Areas of Excellence designated by your company as well as Areas of Improvement. Again this aggregates the information from each team and shows them one above the other.

These tabs will show you the same, regarding the main categories reported on in 1:1s and the QA review scores. It will show line by line the number of Reviews, the average score and the number of notations. You export any of these reports to filter further.
