What are Leaderboards?
Updated over a week ago

Many Stella Connect customers use ratings on front-line team members to create leaderboards, which they display on screens around their offices. Our new Leaderboard feature fully automates this process.

Our eye-catching new Leaderboards showcase your top-ten performers according to a metric of your choosing.

  • Star Rating

  • % Five Star

  • % Positive

  • Additional Question Metric

You can choose these from your Company Info tile. If you want to filter by the additional question, you can reach out to your CSM to help you.

The Leaderboards can be updating on a recurring basis, making them a great tool to foster friendly competition across your front-line team. They will update weekly by default, but this can be changed to monthly by clicking the ? icon on the bottom of the Leaderboard. It also can now be quarterly or annually. If you'd like this to be different than just weekly or monthly, you can contact their CSM to have this changed.

We’ve designed our Leaderboards in such a way that they render perfectly across TVs and monitors. This makes them ideal to display on screens around your office or contact center.

To have Leaderboards enabled within your account simply contact your Client Success Manager or contact Stella Connect Support.

FAQs

If I display Leaderboards on monitors in my office will I need to refresh them manually?

No, the auto-update feature built into Leaderboards means they will automatically update every hour so your team can always see the latest top performers.

Why do Leaderboards reset every week?

We all have a bad day sometimes, so by resetting Leaderboards each week you can wipe the slate clean and ensure everyone has a chance to be recognized as a top performer!

Can I see winners from previous weeks?

Absolutely. Dropdowns within the Leaderboards let you easily select winners from the last 8 weeks.

Are there minimum thresholds before someone can be included on a Leaderboard?

Yes, by default, team members have to receive at least 10 responses before they can appear on your Leaderboard. This prevents someone with just one piece of feedback staying at the top of the list. However, you can update this threshold to whatever you want. Contact your CSM for more info!

Can I see who’s gone up and down on my Leaderboard?

You can. Arrows on the Leaderboard will show whether rankings of individual team members have gone up or down compared to the prior day.

What happens if two team members have the same average star ratings?

It happens! If two people are tied with the same star rating, then the tiebreaker will be total response count over the period.

Can I filter Leaderboards?

Yes, you can use filters at the top of your Leaderboard to view your top performers by date, channel and team.
