We make it simple. There are two quick and easy steps to setting up your Stella Connect profile:
1. Upload a Profile Photo
Including a photo increases the number of people who respond to your survey requests. Your photo could be an image of you at work, an action shot, or an image related to your company. Be sure to speak to your Team Leader to see if there is a particular style of image they would prefer you to use. We recommend images to be at least 160 x 160 pixels to prevent blurriness.
2. Write Your Bio
Your profile bio is a brief description of you that will appear in survey requests sent to customers after you solve a support interaction. Your bio helps to highlight your personality and enables you and your company to build closer relationships with customers, so make it fun and engaging! You might want to mention your hobbies, or maybe the favorite product or service that your company offers.
