New Features

  1. Agent Connect Error Alert recipients are customizable. You can now enter the email addresses of the team members you want to be notified when there is an error with a survey or the integration.

  2. Areas of Excellence is part of the Agent Connect Response.

  2. Select the Agent Connect Configuration tab

  3. Select Integration Status and scroll to the bottom

  4. Enter the email addresses for the error alert emails

  5. Add Areas of Excellence to the Agent Connect Response page layout.

New Features

  1. Channel validation has been removed. We now support custom channels. If you have a request with a channel not set up on Connect (ex. fax), it will no longer error in Salesforce as invalid. It will be on the invalid status page on Connect.

Bug Fixes

  1. The Missing Originating Record ID (case is assigned to queue) and print the correct error message to the Agent Connect Requests list in the app.

  2. The correct URL is sent to Agent when you resend a survey by clicking the link on the survey details in Salesforce
