Stella Connect Whitelist

Stella Connect requires certain IP addresses and URL’s to be whitelisted against your system to ensure that all team members and customers can send and receive the required communications.

The most important address to whitelist is the Stella Connect IP address and domain which is used for all communication between Stella Connect users and the platform. These include but are not limited to welcome emails, profile setup emails, and password resets.

Email Delivery

Please whitelist the following IP and domain to ensure email deliverability to all users:

  • The outbound email delivery IP address is 198.2.180.76.

  • Surveys are sent from company@stellaconnect.net, or a customized sending domain configured by your Client Success Manager.

  • System communications, such as passwords resets, are sent from admin@stellaconnect.net.

  • When people reply to survey requests instead of completing the survey, Stella Connect sends a forward email from replies@stellaconnect.net to the email address specified in the Forward email to property on the Company Info screen.
