  • Why the rebrand from Stella Connect to Agent Connect?

Medallia acquired Stella Connect in September 2020. In 2021, we launched the Medallia Contact Center Suite to align our customer service solutions. The rebrand to Agent Connect aligns with Medallia's brand strategy and the commitment to helping brands deliver the best customer and employee experiences.

  • What impact will this have on my experience in the platform?

None! You will see the new Agent Connect logo (and text) within the platform, on surveys, the log-in page, and in emails sent by the platform. Outside of these visual changes, your experience will remain the same. The URLs for platform access will remain the same for the foreseeable future, so there is no need to update bookmarks.

  • Will this impact surveys that are sent to my customers for feedback?

No, your customers will receive the same surveys as always. The only difference on the survey will be the new Medallia Agent Connect logo at the bottom of the survey, in place of the Stella Connect logo.

  • Will this impact product delivery and timelines?

Absolutely not. There are no changes to product delivery or timelines.

  • What will the platform look like with these new changes?

You will find screen captures below showing what you will see on the Agent Connect login page, emails, surveys, and the core platform.

  • Where do I go to get support?

To access the chat, follow these steps:

  • Click the “?” in the upper right corner of your screen

  • Select “Contact Us” from the drop-down menu
