1:1 Coaching Reporting

Coaching is a critical part of any successful organization. However, because many CX leaders find that coaching can be a time consuming task, it can be one of the first things to be sidelined during busy seasons. Utilize 1:1 Coaching Reporting to save time and take a targeted approach to keep coaching top of mind for your teams - even in your peak seasons.

The 1:1 Coaching Reporting page is available directly from the navbar, by clicking ‘1:1s’. As a user with the permission to ‘Coach 1:1s’, you will see all of the ‘Recently Coached’ members of your team, and a full list of team members below them. You may also filter to a date range to show sessions that have occurred in a particular period.

The ‘My Team’ list includes useful information to help a team leader or coach prepare for and prioritize upcoming 1:1s. There are three columns next to each team member’s name, which can all be sorted by occurrence:

  1. Last Session. This shows when the previous session occurred. Coaches may sort this list to determine which team members are due for coaching sessions. Clicking on the date shown under ‘Last Session’ will open the notes from that session in a new tab.

  2. Sessions. This column shows a count of the number of sessions that have occurred in the filtered period. This column may be sorted by least to greatest count of sessions or greatest to least. Clicking on the number of sessions will open a slide out, showing all shared sessions, as well as drafted but unshared sessions. You may start a new session from this slide out as well.

  3. Action Items. This column shows the number of Open and Closed action items from previous sessions. Clicking on the open and closed action items will open a supporting slide out which displays all Action Items from the Coachees 1:1s. Action Items created in the filtered period are prioritized at the top of the list.

Using the information in 1:1 Coaching Reporting, coaches should be ready to begin planning new sessions for targeted individuals. They can continue existing drafts or begin new sessions from the ‘My Team list’. They can also open the ‘Sessions’ slideout by clicking on the name or photo of a team member who has recently been coached in order to start planning for their future 1:1s.
