With more metadata at your fingertip son the stream, sometimes it can make your streams feel cluttered. While this additional data is helpful, we know that the most important content for you is:

  1. The star rating of an interaction

  2. Customer comments

  3. Detail on what the interaction related to

That’s why we developed agent and manager streams. These streams show the three key elements listed above as part of a standard view. That’s not to say that other data such as customers’ contact details and links to cases in your CRM system have been taken away; simply hover over any interaction and this additional information will be displayed.

As well as an easily accessible, cleaner design, there are two other great features to note as part of these streams:

  1. When you apply filters within your stream, you’re no longer taken to the top of the page. This was a widely requested feature and enables you to more easily set multiple filters.

  2. Streams are fully mobile optimized, making it easier for you to keep up to date with team performance even when you’re on the go.
