Integrating Lessonly with Stella Connect enables Team Leaders to link learning and development content from Lessonly directly in Stella Connect 1:1 sessions. Team Members and Team Leaders can discuss metrics, identify opportunities to improve, create a development plan, and easily select relevant Lessonly content to supplement coaching sessions.

The integration enables agents to improve their knowledge and skills quickly and easily, making coaching sessions more efficient and effective.

Using Lessonly with 1:1s
